Happy Fourth
Peggy and Raoul are taking a Fourth of July holiday on Bainbridge Island, WA. And if they are still speaking they might even enjoy it together!
Check back tomorrow.
Bill Branley's blog about the Pacific Northwest, a very cool place indeed! I only post occasionally, but there are a few gems here.
This blog was the home of Peggy Finds A Friend, which became the novel Sea Changes, which you can buy in paperback and on Kindle

To resolve the Peggy-Raoul dilemma, how about this. Alberto Gonzales is put up for Sandra Day O'Conner's seat on the Supreme Court. Raoul gets a feeler from Karl Rove as to whether he would consider being put up for Attorney General. Not wanting to compromise his record, Raoul decides to not get involved in his firm's lawsuit.
Actually, I'm not sure if Raoul is over-the-top enough to qualify for a position in the current administration.
